Philadelphia Flower Show Participation🌸

I have already received my PHS 2027 Exhibitor’s Guide to the Philadelphia Flower Show from PHSonline.org. If you are interested in entering any of the Classes, it is an essential reference. The Flower Show this year will be held March 13-21! ( Chanticleer is exhibiting too!”)

Exhibiting is a great way to enter the show early…..very early…to get a preview and when the spirits are high!

I would recommend you call PHS @ 215-988-8800 to request an Exhibitors Guide, if interested, or to add your name to the Volunteer List. I invite you to contact me, BJ Johnson@ 610-585-3889 with any questions. I have entered exhibits for the last 8 years and have totally enjoyed the excitement!

Reggie's Geranium Info

I thought this would be a good place to share the info about Reggie's Geraniums. She described these at the February zoom meeting. They are hardy, bloom from early spring to late fall, and perfect for gaps in your garden...

"The Ivy geranium that I discussed today is geranium CALIENTE. It comes in many colors and I use a lot of the pink. Recently the White (which I use less) has been unavailable because of some problem and I used a substitute in the last year or two, which was really quite good. It is called INTERSPECIFIC geranium (excellent heat performing geranium) and looks very much like the white Caliente. As I said, I usually special order these from Mostardi's as they are not available except in a very spotty way at garden centers (which usually focus on the more typical geranium)". Reggie
