Curried Snow Peas with Peanuts

24 fresh snow peas

2/3 cup honey roasted peanuts

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 ½ tablespoons mango chutney

½ teaspoon curry powder

Remove strings from snow peas.  Rinse the peas and pat dry.

Finely chop peanuts

Combine and mix thoroughly the cream cheese, chutney, and curry powder (I chop any chunks that are in the chutney so there are no large hunks)

Spoon a small round of curried cheese mixture onto the end of each snow pea; dip into chopped peanuts to coat.
